Request for Signed Memorabilia Procedures
To be considered for a donation of signed memorabilia, it is important that you read the information below completely. Inaccurate or incomplete information will immediately disqualify your request.
The Light Foundation seeks to support various worthy causes through donations of signed memorabilia. To request a donation you must submit a request in writing to the following address: The Light Foundation 10921 Reed Hartman Highway Suite 104 E, Cincinnati, OH 45242
(No phone calls, email's or faxes will be accepted) Allow 6-8 weeks for approval.
Please provide the following on organization letterhead:
1. Charitable Organization letterhead detailing your request and purpose or intended use of the donated memorabilia.
2. Proof of tax-exempt status from the IRS.Items are not given to individuals. Items will only be donated to recognized 501(c)(3) organization's
NO GRANT REQUESTS ARE BEING ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME.
