CHENOWETH TRAILS HOSTS BOY SCOUT TROOP 79 FOR A DAY OF FUN!
Recently Boy Scout Troop 79 from Versailles, Ohio held an event at Chenoweth Trails where kids were given instruction about gun safety and then each scout was able to do some trap shooting. There were about 150 scouts and adults who participated. Neil Smith, the leader of this group said the facility was super and the weather was great – all adding up to a pretty exciting day for everyone!! They set up two trap ranges, had a safety brief first, and then helped the kids shoot. In addition, each participant received a shirt and free lunch. We are excited that organizations are using Chenoweth Trails to bring kids together in 
the great outdoors to learn and experience new things.
